Peer Review Process

JISCA follows a rigorous Single-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and scientific contribution of submitted manuscripts. In this review model, the identities of reviewers are concealed from the authors, while reviewers are aware of the authors’ identities.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial evaluation to determine its suitability for the journal scope and publication standards. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field.

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial board may decide to:

  • Accept the manuscript,
  • Request minor or major revisions, or
  • Reject the manuscript.
